All companies today wonder how to get started with the advancing digitalization. Large headlines talk about "Digital Transformation" almost daily. Where should you start as a business manager or as IT responsible for facilitating digital changes in the company?

Expectations from users and customers increase simultaneously to the technologies. Applications and services should not only meet their needs but also be tailored specifically to them and be easy to use. User-oriented focus and effective and innovative development have therefore become a necessity and businesses can benefit a great deal from changing from being ready to change to being transformational.

Design Thinking has been developed just for this. It is about understanding the needs of the user, the processes they face in their work and whether these processes are effectice - for both employees and the business - or whether they can be reconsidered.

At invokers we have specialized Design Thinking targeted aimed at digital solutions and call it "Effective Design Thinking". Through the past 10+ years, we have learned that it is necessary to look holisticly on the entire work assignment with an eye on IT capability.
