The Design Thinking Practitioner offers in depth experience with methods and exercises that integrates easily in any organization. After the four-day course, you will have hands-on experience with:
· Scoping challenge and conducting interviews in order to understand user pains and complex processes/workflows
· Processing findings and generating new and valuable digital concepts
· Prioritizing ideas so they accommodate both user needs, technical capacity and business values in order to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
· Building a business case that illuminates the potential benefits and gains derived from the MVP
The Design Thinking Practitioner includes insider tips and tricks on how to facilitate the individual exercise to maximize the value of the input generated.
